For beginners and advanced – Classic and skating style
Spend a breathtaking winter holiday focused on biathlon and cross-country skiing in the beautiful Antholz Valley. In various cross-country skiing courses, you’ll refine your classic or skating technique on the official World Cup trails. During the biathlon courses, organized by the Antholz Ski School, you’ll learn how to handle a biathlon rifle and master different shooting techniques. You'll be following in the footsteps of many world champions who have competed and won at the Biathlon Centre in Antholz.

Program and Course Times – Biathlon Week
Saturday:
Arrival and in the evening
6:30 p.m.: Welcome of participants at the hotel
Sunday:
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Meeting point at the ski school office at the biathlon center, ski equipment fitting, group division, and ski instruction with technique correction
12:00 – 1:30 p.m.: Lunch break
1:30 – 3:30 p.m.: Biathlon lesson: introduction to the shooting range, target inspection, explanation of the biathlon rifle and safety regulations, learning shooting positions (prone/standing) with resting pulse
Monday – Tuesday:
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Cross-country skiing lessons: refining skiing technique, training in the stadium and on World Cup trails
1:30 – 3:30 p.m.: Biathlon course: improving shooting techniques (at rest and under physical effort), skiing with rifle, learning how to carry and remove the rifle, and prone shooting like the pros using arm strap and cardboard targets to see your shot grouping
Wednesday:
Morning: Free time for all participants
1:30 – 4:30 p.m.: Hike or snowshoe tour
Thursday:
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Cross-country ski lesson: reviewing learned techniques and practicing new steps
1:30 – 3:30 p.m.: Intensive biathlon course: as with skiing, reviewing and refining both shooting positions, skiing with rifle/shooting, skiing/shooting…
Friday:
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Cross-country skiing with final technique corrections
1:30 – 4:30 p.m.: Biathlon course, followed by a fun biathlon competition with awards ceremony
Closing of the week with a relaxed group gathering and review. Farewell by the biathlon instructors

The program and course times may change due to weather or other circumstances; changes will be discussed directly with participants on-site.
If fewer than 3 participants are registered, the program will be modified and shortened.

Participant
During the biathlon weeks, there is a maximum of 5 participants per group at the shooting range. The program only takes place with a minimum number of participants; if fewer than 3 register, the program will be shortened.

Full-day excursion with cross-country course in another area (Dolomites or Ahrntal)
Wednesday:
Hike or snowshoe hike
Thursday:
Full-day excursion with introductory biathlon course and a fun mini-competition
in another cross-country ski area (Dolomites or Ahrntal)
Friday:
Cross-country skiing with final technical corrections and review of key elements
Course conclusion with a relaxed get-together and week review
